The bit set gives a good variety to get started. The flattening bit is nice to get a spoil board leveled and clean up rough pieces. Good hogging bits and some nice detailing bits. Very nice set.

My initial shipments were timely. Being new to the machine, I crashed and damaged the 400w spindle the came with my XE-Pro. I reached out to see if I could purchase a replacement because the 400w was not an option online. on 08/30/2025 I received a response from one of your representatives. After a few emails back and forth I was told that the spindle will be covered under the warranty and a knew one will be sent out to me. As of today I have no confirmation if that has been sent.
On that same day I chose to purchase the 1.5kw air cooled spindle and paid the extra $30 for expedited shipping. On 09/06/2025 the driver from the shipping company GOFO express showed up at 8:30am EST and proceeded to tell me he will have to come back because he couldn't locate it in his mini van, and will come back later. At 4:30pm EST I checked the tracking and it said there it was undeliverable because the business was closed. I am not a business and it being delivered to my home. When I called GOFO express I was told that they will have to reschedule and that it will be at least 3 more days and that they have no way to confirm if or when it will be delivered.

I like the way the bits cut into the wood, especially the flattening bit.

There is a collet that comes with this set but no clamping nut. The clamping nut that comes with the Masuter Pro cannot be used because the collet isn’t removable. I had to purchase another clamping nut, very annoying!

Great set. I wish foxalien would send more documentation. Like suggested settings.

Trouble getting software to operate the machine. Please help

Product arrived well packaged and in good condition. These machines have a big learning curve for beginners, I think buyers could benefit from some basic tutorial videos.
