amazing engraver and customer service

This engraver is amazing. It is the first one I've ever had and I couldn't have been happier with what it can do.
My laser went out and I thought it would be a nightmare to get in contact with the company about it. I reached out to them on messenger and they were the most helpful company I've ever dealt with. They sent me a new laser after helping me diagnose it. The 1 year warranty is a quality warranty that they will honor.

I took a big risk buying a laser engraver from a relatively unknown company that has zero reviews. After I put it together, I was pleasantly surprised. Sturdy gauge rails, wiring tracks, the laser mounts in......moves and focuses easily. No trouble and worked on Lasergrbl on the first test.
Yes, I am still dialing it in. Changing settings to up the burn quality and find the sweet spots....but the sweet spots are there. This is probably one of the nicest made diode laser machines out there. Glad I took the risk. FoxAlien is good stuff!

So far, so good!

So far, this is great. Quick delivery, great packaging, easy detailed instructions. I love that the goggles are in a case. Every part is individually wrapped and this is lightweight.

Very easy to assemble.Works great I have a smaller engraver which is excellent but this one allows for larger projects to be engraved I have done leather goods but have yet to try metal

Worth the money to upgrade to this unit

I upgraded from the smaller less expensive units and so far it has been well worth the money! Mostly used on leather, the detail of the image is so clear. So far I am very pleased that I spent the extra money.

Good value...easy to learn

I bought this machine knowing nothing about laser engravers. It serves my purpose well. Was pretty easy to learn after playing with it a while. I was going to have a branding iron made for my logo, but now I can do custom engraving for people I make cutting boards for.

A great piece of equipment with large draw area

Theres no two ways about it, its a great piece of equipment. Focusing the laser is easy, the ability to see *exactly* where the image will be engraved is excellent. You can position with such accuracy (which is all I worried about). I have only done leather and plastic pieces so far, and Im still figuring out depth and laser power for each material. But heres the thing: if you go too low power on an item? You can realign and go over it again with precision to get a deeper more pronounced etch. I really love it so far. Super easy assembly and set up. I look forward to doing a lot with it. If you work with Photoshop every day like I do and understand imaging well-you can see even more potential. But you dont have to have that background to use this excellent machine.
