Structure Upgrade: Masuter Pro is an All-Aluminum CNC router, which makes the machine sturdier than the last version. The Z-axis uses linear rails instead of the optical axis, this greatly improves the stability and accuracy.

Upgraded Controller Box: The control board is upgraded to a compact controller box. The emergency stop button and home button are more easily and more convenient to access. The control box is also dust-proof for easy maintenance.

Compatibility Upgrade: Masuter Pro includes 2 spindle clamps: 52mm & 65mm. The 52mm clamp can accommodate the 60W spindle, 300W spindle and the FoxAlien laser modules. The 65mm clamp is for customized upgrade, such as 65mm Makita router, 1.5KW spindle, etc. Masuter Pro also supports the 69mm spindle clamp, please buy separately.

Assembly Upgrade: Main parts are pre-assembled, and the part of the wires are pre-installed to the controller box. It takes only 10-15 minutes to fully assemble.

Additional Working Light: A small working light is added to the Z-axis. It helps you to monitor the carving details and process more clearly. Each stepper motor has a knob for easy adjusting by hand.

It keeps on juddering and I can't get it to engrave , also the step moter was installed wrong way round

Great product

This is a great starter CNC router. Once I get a little better, I’m hoping to purchase the expansion kit. So far it’s a lot of fun and seems very sturdy. Nice job FoxAlien!

Satisfactory performance

After two weeks in use, the Masuter Pro CNC Router offers good precision and solid construction. Installation was straightforward and initial engraving/cutting tests are promising. However, I would have liked more detailed documentation for beginners, and the motor noise is a little higher than expected. Overall, it's a good product for its price, but there's a little room for

So far, it is a great machine. I think that the screws and all of the threaded holes are a bit weak. I am scared to over tighten them because they seem to easily strip. But the machine overall runs great. I wish it had its own software, but I am using other software for it now.

Initially the machine was working fine after improving the support of the base board to reduce the flexibility.
However in January the machine developed a fault and would no longer move in any direction, the cooling fan and LED light inside the controller were still working but the return home button would not work either!
I emailed support on the second of February unfortunately to date I’ve had no response, however I do realise that the Chinese New Year has been during this period so I’m hopeful that I will get a response from support soon!

Update on my review.
I have stumbled on a solution to the “locked machine” issue on the Universal G-Code Sender forum this morning, it was a simple fix of entering “$RST=$” into the command line which restores the Firmware back to the original configuration on the machine.
I’m still not sure how the firmware became corrupted in the first place!
But it’s done the trick and the machine is working again 😊

So far so good! I'm loving my CNC router. Already did "makita" router upgrade and its performing amazing, its easy to use. It is strong enough, but the dust in the tracks makes the cnc jump over and messes up the path. Good dust collection solves that! Cant say anything bad about this machine.

I am enjoying my masuda pro. Good machine, well built. I purchased the bed extention and a router to replace the small spindle included. I also bought the laser module. Very versitile
