Amazing Laser Cutter, Better Customer Support

This is truly an amazing laser cutter! Even in using the free software, there is so much potential with this machine. Assembly is fairly simple, dialing in perfect settings for a new material can be time consuming. After 20 min of assembly/setup, I was making beautiful wooden engravings I thought only multi-thousand dollars machines could create!

Ran into a mechanical error within first week. Sent an email to customer support, who sent a response with a video tutorial within hours. Turns out a spare wood chip had lodged itself into the track - no defect with the machine. But FoxAlien was super informative in their response and happy to help me diagnose the issue.

I recommend this product, and certainly recommend buying from FoxAlien!

Great company to work with

I have had great customer service with them .
Had a problem with the lazer diying out.
And they sent me a replacment asap.
Love the milling and the lazer engraving machines. Will soon purchase the larger milling machine. To cut out parts 4 prototyping.
