If you unwant the products after the purchase, you can return your unused items within 15 days of the delivery date. Please be advised that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, 20% restocking fees of the order amount will be charged.

Return Defective or Wrong Items
To report a damaged or wrong item, please use the following process:
1) Contact our Customer Care team via email@example.comfirstname.lastname@example.org.
2) Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged or wrong item(s) and your order number associated with the items in question.
Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
*If the items cannot be confirmed defective, 20% restocking fees of the order amount will be charged.
When will a replacement be sent?
Replacements are treated the same way as those of new orders -- they typically arrive in 7 to 10 days. If a product needs to be returned for replacement, the replacement is sent after receiving the returned item.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
It may take 1 or 2 weeks for your return to reach our warehouse. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
About package delivered.
Normally, we need 1-2 business days as order handling time. Tracking number will be updated and email to you once we ship the package.
If the package does not show up but the tracking information indicates delivered, please contact us within 72 hours for prompt help. Otherwise the loss is buyers' self-responsibility.
1. Listing prices are based on US dollars. The payment amount for refund amount in other currencies may be changed due to exchange rates move sharply.
2. Orders cancellation needs to be applied within 24 hours after orders are placed. Once the order has been shipped, we can not guarantee the order can be canceled successfully. Please ship the items back to our warehouse to get the refund. Please know we charge 15% of orders amount restock fee as warehouse handling fees.
