All orders will be processed within 2 business days after full payment is received. Tracking number will be updated as soon as it's available. If the item you ordered is temporarily out-of-stock, you will be contacted by our customer service representatives. You can choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order.

Tips: We can ship globally from the China warehouse. If you can't find your shipping address, please contact support@foxalien.com for more information.

Some items might out of stocks in the local warehouse, then we might cancel the order or ask the customers if they can accept that we ship the items from the China warehouse. It might take extra shipping fee and import duty.

For the EU orders, the price includes VAT. We don't accept third party‘s VAT to apply the tax return.

How Do I Change the Shipping Address or Cancel My Order?

Contact support@foxalien.com immediately if you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement and it will not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address and/or cancel the order. Please kindly confirm your address and information before placing the order.


How Do I Know My Package Has Shipped And Is On Its Way? 

When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Your order will process, and when it's ready to leave our Distribution Center you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment. If you require any further information, feel free to contact support@foxalien.com


Why the items can not be shipped to my country?

It might cost a lot on shipping fee to ship some conuntries. Please contact via support@foxalien.com to see whether the item can be ship to your contry.


About package delivered.

Normally, we need 1-2 business days as order handling time. Tracking number will be updated and email to you once we ship the package.

If the package does not show up but the tracking information indicates delivered, please contact us within 72 hours for prompt help. Otherwise the loss is buyers' self-responsibility.


1. Orders cancellation needs to be applied within 24 hours after orders are placed. Once the order has been shipped, we can not guarantee the order can be canceled successfully. Please ship the items back to our warehouse to get the refund. Please know we charge 20% of orders amount restock fee as warehouse handling fees.
