I was impressed with how the laser was so much better then the 40w laser
It says that it will cut 12mm plywood but I couldn't do it without setting the wood on fire
But it did 10mm softwood perfectly
Overall it was amazing for a diode laser

The laser is not the problem. I have downloaded Lightburn and have been spending my time "in school." Also trying the "GRBLLASER Software."
