The Chinese New Year holidays is coming, the FoxAlien team will have a holiday off from Jan 26th to Feb 4th (PST). 

During the holidays, shipments and message replies will be delayed. Online self-service shopping remains available. 

Facebook support & E-Mail support will be delayed. Message handling time will be extended by 3 days. The full service of support will be available again on Feb 5th (PST).
 
Shipping arrangement during the holidays:
1.   CN warehouse: Shipment of orders (including replacement orders) placed during Jan 25th to Feb 4th (PST) will be delayed. Shipments will be shipped out after Feb 5th (PST). 
2. Overseas warehouses (US/CA/EU/UK/AU/JP): Order handling time will be extended by 2-3 days. If you need to cancel/change your order, please leave us a message or e-mail within 2 days.
 
If you need urgent assistance, please send us an E-mail with “Urgent” included in the subject. We will mark your message priority and will reply your message as soon as possible.
