  • Fast & Strong Closed-loop Motors: The Masuter 3S is equipped with NEMA23-76 closed-loop stepper motors. They have great performance in step-loss control. And the torque is 2.2 Nm. and its moving speed is up to 10000mm/min.
  • Rigid Structure & High Accuracy: The Masuter 3S uses 23*60mm extrusions that ensure the stability during carving. The Z-axis uses dual HG-15 linear rails and T12 lead screw, which effectively reduce wobble and enhance the engraving accuracy to 0.05mm.
  • 400W Powerful Spindle: It comes with a 400watt spindle, which is capable to engrave and cut soft metal such as aluminum. An extra spindle clamp (65mm) is included in the package for trimmer router upgrade.

The Masuter 3S is the first CNC Router comes with four Nema23 Closed Loop Motors at a price under $1000 in the market. It is the latest model in the FoxAlien CNC Router's family in 2024. Equipped with 400W spindle and four Nema23 Closed Loop Stepper Motors(max torque 2.2Nm) which make the machine powerful enough to achieve a nice finish on wood, acrylic, carbon fiber, and soft metal. The max moving speed of the Masuter 3S is 10000mm/min, this can reduce a lot of time when the machine needs to run a laser engraving project. If you are looking for a CNC for both wood carving and laser engraving jobs, the Mastuer 3S is the best choice.

Masuter 3S 8040

I'm new to the CNC world and the 3S 8040 is my first machine. So far i'm loving it! Setup was pretty simple and took about 2 hours. After setting it up I watched a couple intro videos on how to use easel and UGS and I was cutting. Lots of testing and figuring things out, but it's a lot of fun. The machine has worked awesome and I do not regret the purchase!

Hi, the Y1 axis came with 1 of the 4 rollers broken, the screw broke and I need a replacemnt, I already wrote a message but didn't recive any answers yet. Also the extension for the cables is almost imposible to open if you are alone, you have to apply a huge amount of force just to open some things that hold cables. I didn't get to test the machine, I will wait for the replacement for the rollers

Really is a great machine had it six months now and once i figured out how to use it properly it just keeps making lovely things for me. Started with cutting out oarts to make boxes and stuff and jownprogressed to 3d carving.

Its performing wonderfully with cutting and carving and as long as you stay within the parameters and use the machine correctly its a dream.

I did have a motor go down in the first month hut the tech support was same day fast and same week diagnosed and replaced the part.

To be honest my expectations have been exceeded i didnt think it would be possible to get such a good piece of kit for this pricr

Masuter 3s with extension kit

I received my Masuter 3s and was pleasantly surprised. The machine was packaged well and the setup took about 45 minutes. Within a couple hours, I was carving projects. I have already started to recommend this machine to my friends.

Fantastic

I did not purchase the Masuter 3S, I purchased the XE- Pro with the 8040 extension and so far, I absolutely love it. I have the 4040 Xe for 4 years and the XE Pro is an outstanding upgrade. The only thing I do not like is the placement of the on/off switch on the controller. I would prefer it to be on the front panel like the 4040 Xe. I also do not understand that since I purchased the 8040 extension when I purchased the XE Pro together, why the XE Pro came with the gantry, support, and side covers that I will never use. Just seems like a waste to me and you could of offer a better price if those items were not included. I would really love to purchase the linear rail upgrade kit, but it looks like it will come with 2 rails and linear bearing blocks that will never be used. One would think you would offer a kit for owners that have already purchase the XE Pro with the extension. Other than that I am super stoked about the XE Pro with the 8040 extension and the capability to use 3/16” and ¼” bits without the gantry flexing and the larger working area.
