Best Desktop CNC Router WM-3020

I’ve been using CNC routers since 2016. If there’s one thing I’ve come to understand, it’s that if you can imagine it, you can probably make it! Coasters, plaques, memorial markers, radios, tooling & fixture parts, ceiling fan blades are just some of the things I’ve made or modified with my CNC router. If you’ve come to FoxAlien to look for a CNC router, you’ve come to the right place! They have a full range of machines that are sure to suit your needs. I am currently running a WM3020 and find that it is the perfect size machine with the accuracy I demand, thanks to stout 15mm box linear rails and 12mm ball screws. This is a machine that I’ve found worthy of further upgrading with custom precision side plates, under-frame ‘X’ support brace, and a professional-grade CNC controller. As such, I am able to process parts as a supplier for Xometry. The WM3020 is perfect for the size work I care to tackle, with the required accuracy of better than +/- 0.1 mm.

While it may seem like a daunting task just starting out, just know that the more you use your CNC router, the more proficient you will become. Having been a machinist and tool designer for my entire career, I found it easy to become acclimated to working with a CNC router, and very rewarding.

Below is just a brief sampling of parts I’ve made on various CNC routers, including the WM3020.
